This Privacy Policy applies to the WhiteTracker mobile application and related services operated by MUROWANY SP Z O O ("Service Provider"). We are committed to absolute data privacy and minimal footprint design.
1. What Information Is Collected & How It Is Used
The WhiteTracker Application does not collect, log, track, or store any personal information when you download and use it.
No registration or account creation is required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as ephemeral IP addresses) is transmitted temporarily solely to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is immediately discarded and never retained or used for user profiling or tracking.
2. Data Retention Policy
We maintain a strict Zero-Data Retention policy.
Because the Application does not collect, capture, or store personal data or telemetry on remote servers, there are zero personal retention logs or databases maintained by MUROWANY SP Z O O. Any operational metrics or local preferences reside strictly on your local physical device.
3. Data Deletion Policy
Since no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, there is no user data stored on remote servers to delete.
Uninstalling the WhiteTracker Application from your device immediately and completely deletes all application data and local preferences stored on your device.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider directly via email (e.g. for customer support), you may request immediate and permanent deletion of your communication records by sending an email request to our support address below.
4. Real-Time Location Information
This Application does not collect, track, or request precise or approximate real-time location information from your mobile device.
5. Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect or store any user information, no data is sold, shared, or accessible to third parties or advertising networks.
6. Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application operates without collecting personal data, standard opt-out procedures are unnecessary. Simply uninstalling the Application removes all local application files from your device.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is never at risk.
8. Security & Data Breach Notification
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to external servers, the risk of personal data exposure or server-side security breaches is eliminated. In the event that any voluntarily submitted support email data is affected by a security event, affected users will be notified as required by applicable law.
9. Changes to This Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised effective date.
